H.I.P.E.

H.I.P.E. is our premier fitness program here at The Training Room. It stands for Hypertrophy Intensity Performance Evolution. This 60 minute, full-body workout is designed to maximize results in all the different areas of fitness – strength, endurance, power, and flexibility. H.I.P.E. is led by a certified coach to ensure that proper form and function is executed correctly in a fun, supportive atmosphere. H.I.P.E. is held daily at various times, with a new and challenging workout each day to keep your workout routine exciting!

MOBILITY & MFR

Mobility and MFR (myofascial release) is a 30 minute class designed to keep you injury free and mobile throughout your training regimen as well as everyday life! Myofascial release is a therapy used to treat skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles. This could include foam rolling and other trigger point techniques. Mobility exercises allow the body to move without restriction or discomfort, by increasing the range of motion through the joints.

MUAY THAI PAD TRAINING

Muay Thai or “Thai boxing” is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the “art of eight limbs” as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Our pad training class will have you dripping in sweat and utilizing muscles you didn’t know existed, all while having fun! This class is for all ability levels.

TEAM FIT

Team Fit provides age-appropriate athletic training in a fun, supportive atmosphere. This is for ages 8-18 and includes a variety of training modalities such as speed, agility, power, strength and endurance training. Whether your athlete is looking to enhance their athletic performance, prepare for university athletics, or just be healthy and fit, our Team Fit certified coaches allow the kids to be challenged while having fun and ultimately reach their potential.

POWER YOGA

A mat based overall body conditioning class that will develop core and back strength, increase flexibility, coordination and balance through gentle, yet powerful series of moves. Participants of all levels will discover the power of moving with intention and grace.
